Incredible $30 Map-Making Humble Bundle Is a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream
Following a brief run back in April, the Map Making Mega Bundle has returned for a limited time that lasts until Dec. 2. Described as a "treasure trove of assets and apps" developed by ProFantasy Software over the years, the complete package carries a value of over $1,300. And there are three different bundles available here.
The Main Attraction
The big draw is definitely a lifetime license to the CC3+ software, an industry-standard mapping application which enables users to create everything from fantasy overworld maps, detailed regional charts, city maps, and most notably, tactical combat environments.

Package Levels
Basic Package
The cheapest bundle tier, starting at just one dollar, includes only four from the thirty-nine available products: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Monster Token Pack 1, Castle Source Maps, Urban Source Maps. This package suits existing CC3+ users, but it does offer fresh fantasy design elements for landscape mapping, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens for use in virtual tabletops, over twenty-five aerial castle designs with 470 associated map tokens, eight fully mapped cities, and more than 70 urban floorplans.
Intermediate Package
The eight-item bundle starting at fifteen dollars offers enhanced value through inclusion of a lifetime CC3+ license, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, and Symbol Set 6: Isometric Cities. Cartographer's Annual is the yearly bundle from the company's ongoing subscription program featuring a variety CC3+ add-ons like map collections and various other tools. The Isometric Cities enables display cities with an extra dimension using angled views from all sides. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping comprises 760 pages suitable for novices and experts, full of tips and tutorials for the map-making process.

Every volume from the Annual series come with this bundle, plus numerous additional tools and content that can help users craft complete solar systems, or just go all-in on classic fantasy realm creation: battle maps, underground complexes, urban centers, and land masses in multiple viewpoints. You can even design character illustrations. At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the complete collection offers tremendous value, especially for cartographers with temporary CC3+ access and want to upgrade to lifetime. But it's obviously an even better deal for map-making newbies since it includes introductory guides to help you get started. The sole limitation though you can redeem the deal across platforms, the applications only function with Windows systems.
Charitable Component
As with other Humble Bundles, a portion of each sale supports charitable organizations. For this one, the beneficiary is Save the Children, an organization founded by Eglantyne Jebb in 1919 focused on improving the lives of children worldwide via educational programs, medical services, and crisis response.
